I am passionate about health and fitness. I love to motivate and build relationships with all of my clients. I believe in training for whole body health and wellness with balance being critical to achieving success. In addition to consistency with an exercise program, nutrition and lifestyle choices are equally as important.

I was an athlete growing up, playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball. But I never really understood what it meant to be healthy and fit. I didn’t understand how to eat healthily and how much nutrition played a part in overall wellness. I have loved this path to learning more about exercise and nutrition. Being healthy is a combination of physical, emotional and spiritual components. Movement throughout the day is so important. Mindful eating is also important. These are behavioral changes that I feel are crucial pieces to personal wellness.

Certified Trainer

I received my Tabata Bootcamp™ certification from the creator of the program, Mindy Mylrea in 2012. I am also a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp™. I am both Group and Personal Trainer Certified with AFAA. I have been a certified Spinning® instructor since 2008. I am One Day to Wellness certified and a certified instructor for Barre Above. In addtion, I have a certification in Schwinn Cycling and training in TRX. Finally, I am certified for CPR, AED, and First Aid.

Mackenzie was a competitive athlete during her youth and has always enjoyed pushing herself to do her best. She fell in love with group exercise after leaving the corporate world while searching for community and a way to be physically active. Coach Mack hopes to inspire and motivate her participants to grow. “Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.”

Racheal Robertson

My name is Racheal and I’m a mother of 2, NASM CPT, Schwinn cycle coach and all around lover of fitness and health. Faith, family and fitness are my passions and I put my all into all 3 so if you’re a part of my classes, you’re a part of my family. Strength training in a proprioceptive environment is my biggest focus when coaching my Power and Cycle and Strength classes so get ready to use everything you’ve got when you come in!

Rachel Zikias

A little about me- I am a happily married Tomball resident , and a dog mom to my 2 shelties. During the day, I teach 6th grade English at Tomball Intermediate. My passion for cycling began about 5 years ago when I started taking classes. A few years later, I decided to get certified as an instructor, and the rest was history. In my spare time, I love to read, participate in group fitness classes and travel-the beach is my happy place!

I would classify myself as a fitness and nutrition enthusiast TURNED personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I have experienced with my own body how to change my physique & lifestyle with nutrition & strength training and I’ve done it several times over! As a young mother, I began my fitness career thanks to some key people who believed in me, encouraged me & taught me. I acquired certifications in Personal Training, Mad Dogg Athletics SPINNING™️, TRX®️, Les Mills GRIT™️, Step Aerobics, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and have taught group exercise and trained one-on-one and small groups for 15 years. Our bodies are made to MOVE & it is a natural high when we figure out HOW they CAN move & change!

It is my desire to inspire & motivate others to adopt the same theories toward exercise & nutrition. I hope to empower others to break free of the entrapment of poor health and excess weight so they can live fully physically, Spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Susan Loggins

I have always enjoyed fitness, sports and healthy nutrition. I currently play tennis 2-3 times a week and have been doing Tabata for almost 2 years and I really love it. I have had such positive changes in my own body and would love to help others see the benefits of Tabata.
