I am passionate about health and fitness. I love to motivate and build relationships with all of my clients. I believe in training for whole body health and wellness with balance being critical to achieving success. In addition to consistency with an exercise program, nutrition and lifestyle choices are equally as important.
I was an athlete growing up, playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball. But I never really understood what it meant to be healthy and fit. I didn’t understand how to eat healthily and how much nutrition played a part in overall wellness. I have loved this path to learning more about exercise and nutrition. Being healthy is a combination of physical, emotional and spiritual components. Movement throughout the day is so important. Mindful eating is also important. These are behavioral changes that I feel are crucial pieces to personal wellness.
I received my Tabata Bootcamp™ certification from the creator of the program, Mindy Mylrea in 2012. I am also a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp™. I am both Group and Personal Trainer Certified with AFAA. I have been a certified Spinning® instructor since 2008. I am One Day to Wellness certified and a certified instructor for Barre Above. In addtion, I have a certification in Schwinn Cycling and training in TRX. Finally, I am certified for CPR, AED, and First Aid.

My love for fitness started in college when I began competing in CrossFit and quickly grew into a love for coaching when I became certified in 2012. Since then, I have studied different forms of training and have cultivated a unique coaching style centered around increasing strength and aerobic capacity safely. Most of my training career was spent in Hawaii, giving me lots of experience and access to athletes of all backgrounds. I have a very natural and functional approach to training that combines all of my certifications into a very effective program: CF-L1, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, StrongFit and Tabata Bootcamp.
I have always enjoyed fitness, sports and healthy nutrition. I currently play tennis 2-3 times a week and have been doing Tabata for almost 2 years and I really love it. I have had such positive changes in my own body and would love to help others see the benefits of Tabata.

Jamie played numerous competitive sports in her childhood and has always enjoyed being active and working hard to overcome obstacles. Adult life has presented numerous challenges to her fitness and active lifestyle – beginning with raising four children but additionally as she struggled with recurring injuries to her back. She values listening to the needs of a changing body and finding ways to grow and be healthy in any circumstance that life holds – ranging from accommodating an injury to pushing hard to reach high goals. Jamie is Tabata Bootcamp and Schwinn Cycle certified.
Mackenzie was a competitive athlete during her youth and has always enjoyed pushing herself to do her best. She fell in love with group exercise after leaving the corporate world while searching for community and a way to be physically active. Coach Mack hopes to inspire and motivate her participants to grow. “Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.”
My name is Racheal and I’m a mother of 2, NASM CPT, Schwinn cycle coach and all around lover of fitness and health. Faith, family and fitness are my passions and I put my all into all 3 so if you’re a part of my classes, you’re a part of my family. Strength training in a proprioceptive environment is my biggest focus when coaching my Power and Cycle and Strength classes so get ready to use everything you’ve got when you come in!
