I am passionate about health and fitness. I love to motivate and build relationships with all of my clients. I believe in training for whole body health and wellness with balance being critical to achieving success. In addition to consistency with an exercise program, nutrition and lifestyle choices are equally as important.

I was an athlete growing up, playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball. But I never really understood what it meant to be healthy and fit. I didn’t understand how to eat healthily and how much nutrition played a part in overall wellness. I have loved this path to learning more about exercise and nutrition. Being healthy is a combination of physical, emotional and spiritual components. Movement throughout the day is so important. Mindful eating is also important. These are behavioral changes that I feel are crucial pieces to personal wellness.

Certified Trainer

I received my Tabata Bootcamp™ certification from the creator of the program, Mindy Mylrea in 2012. I am also a Master Trainer for Tabata Bootcamp™. I am both Group and Personal Trainer Certified with AFAA. I have been a certified Spinning® instructor since 2008. I am One Day to Wellness certified and a certified instructor for Barre Above. In addtion, I have a certification in Schwinn Cycling and training in TRX. Finally, I am certified for CPR, AED, and First Aid.

MacKenzie Haley

Mackenzie was a competitive athlete during her youth and has always enjoyed pushing herself to do her best. She fell in love with group exercise after leaving the corporate world while searching for community and a way to be physically active. Coach Mack hopes to inspire and motivate her participants to grow. “Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.”

Racheal Robertson

My name is Racheal and I’m a mother of 2, NASM CPT, Schwinn cycle coach and all around lover of fitness and health. Faith, family and fitness are my passions and I put my all into all 3 so if you’re a part of my classes, you’re a part of my family. Strength training in a proprioceptive environment is my biggest focus when coaching my Power and Cycle and Strength classes so get ready to use everything you’ve got when you come in!

Crystal Nguyen

Crystal primarily teaches rhythm based cycling. She started instructing in July 2019 and before that she was an avid spinner, half marathon runner and also played volleyball & tennis growing up. She’s committed to providing a solid workout for herself and classes that are both challenging and rewarding. She loves to connect with her riders every step of the way and see them surpass their goals. Come try out her class if you love to workout with some good tunes.

Jennifer Tofte

I am a mother of 3 and a wife of 25 years.  Fitness has always been a huge part of my life/daily routine! I grew up in a small town where I was able to play literally every sport and I did, and loved every minute of it!  I have always made working out and staying fit a priority in my life. Cycle is my passion….I love the excitement and pace! I have been a cycle instructor for about 15 years. I love meeting new people and connecting with them while supporting and encouraging them to stay motivated to reach their fitness goals. I feel successful when I make lifelong friendships through my classes, and when I can create a true Passion and Love for cycling!!!

Kim Lubs

I would classify myself as a fitness and nutrition enthusiast TURNED personal trainer and group exercise instructor. I have experienced with my own body how to change my physique & lifestyle with nutrition & strength training and I’ve done it several times over! As a young mother, I began my fitness career thanks to some key people who believed in me, encouraged me & taught me. I acquired certifications in Personal Training, Mad Dogg Athletics SPINNING™️, TRX®️, Les Mills GRIT™️, Step Aerobics, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and have taught group exercise and trained one-on-one and small groups for 15 years. Our bodies are made to MOVE & it is a natural high when we figure out HOW they CAN move & change!

It is my desire to inspire & motivate others to adopt the same theories toward exercise & nutrition. I hope to empower others to break free of the entrapment of poor health and excess weight so they can live fully physically, Spiritually, mentally and emotionally.

Susan Loggins

I have always enjoyed fitness, sports and healthy nutrition. I currently play tennis 2-3 times a week and have been training and coaching at True Form for almost 4 years and I really love it. I have had such positive changes in my own body and would love to help others see the benefits of strength and HIIT training.

I want to share my passion for healthy lifestyle with other people and help them achieve their goals.

Clif Alford

I fell in love with fitness while serving in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne division. As a sergeant in the Infantry I realized how important developing the physical fitness levels of my soldiers was to be combat effective. To execute the task at hand and accomplish the mission as a team was extremely rewarding – the only place I get that same sense of camaraderie and mental fortitude is in the gym. To me the gym is so much more than just a place to get healthy or to look good, it’s an outlet. It’s a discipline that’s unforgiving, if you cheat a rep or if you skip a workout you ultimately fail yourself. The sense of accomplishment I get when I see the results of my hard work are a huge driving factor for me and I want to share that same passion with others.

Wendy Meinardus

I grew up with a very active & outdoor life. Playing sports through high school Is where I was introduced to weightlifting. I have a BS in Nursing specialize in pediatric nursing. My husband & I have always worked out & strength training became my passion. I realized how my nursing training melded with my health & fitness interests and naturally started personal training. I have my CPT through NASM & love to help & encourage people in their health & fitness journey!

Kelcie Eaton

My name is Kelcie but everyone calls me KK! I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and cycle instructor! I have been teaching cycle and training clients for about 5 years, and I cannot imagine doing anything else! I am passionate about helping other’s achieve their health and fitness goals and giving all my clients the opportunity to feel like they accomplished something BIG at the end of the workout. My workouts are for all fitness levels; everyone will experience a challenge!

Mistee Barbee

Misty is entering her 20th year as a certified trainer and group exercise class instructor. She grew up playing everything from softball to track and is an avid snow skier. As a mother of three Misty has always been on the go prompting exercise for all ages and the proper ways nutrition can make a positive impact
in everyone’s daily life. Misty not only enjoys teaching exercise classes but helping members meet their goals and progressing toward better health for the long run.

Leslie Owens

I took my first group fitness class as a young mom and instantly fell in love and knew it was something that I needed to do. My passion turned into a career and I’ve now been in the industry for over 25 years. I have had the privilege of helping others achieve their goals as a personal trainer, and group fitness instructor in various cardio, strength, barbell, boot camp, and cycling classes. My hope and goal is to not only help you to achieve your goals but to also spark a passion and love for fitness that keeps you coming back for more and more.

Brandon Kemp

My passion in life is fitness. Being married with 3 kids, I understand that there are times where working out is the last thing on the agenda. However, I know that the most important thing we can do is take care of our bodies. I’ve always been active but 6 years ago I fell in love with the science and technique of working out. I love to see a person push themselves and give their body the therapy it deserves. My class will be for all levels of fitness. All I want is to see you give it your all. LeAnne Redwine

My passion for fitness began in the form of dance growing up and transitioned into running, then into marathons and triathlons as an adult. I am a BQ marathoner and a 3X Ironman.  I loved indoor cycling as a part of my triathlon training so I decided to become a certified instructor and have been teaching since 2010. I love the camaraderie of cycling and strive to make my classes something that members don’t want to miss! I have been so blessed to form amazing relationships with my class members and I look forward to building new ones at True Form.

Matty Needels

I love all things health, fitness, sports, and overall well being! I am extremely passionate about being confident in your own skin at every stage in life, and pursuing a health and fitness journey to FEEL better…the physique you get as a result is just a plus!!! Health looks different on everyone, and as a young momma of two, who used to be a college soccer player, and is currently a fitness instructor, spin teacher, and competitive soccer coach, that was a hard pill for me to swallow post partum. But all the changes your body goes through after creating little humans, that ultimately threw me into a journey of self discovery that health and fitness is so much more than a competition with others or with yourself…it’s a lifestyle, to help your body function properly and your mental state be clear! If those are in sync, that’s what matters most! That is why I love to coach and teach…I want people to pursue healthier lifestyles, while also learning to love their bodies in every stage as well!
