Cardio
Some people find that working out can be a challenge in their busy lifestyles, so they search for classes that maximize their workout into one session. If you are looking to combine strength training and cardio, then one of our combo classes is for you! We offer a 55 minute class combining approximately 1/2 the class on the bike and 1/2 the class using weights for a strength circuit. We find this to be a great combo for cardio fitness and building up your muscle strength. These classes include Cycle & Strength, HIIT & High Rep, 3 Zone Fit and Bike & Bells. We also offer a 55 minute Cycle class. This is suitable for all fitness levels from beginner to avid riders. Challenging and fun atmosphere to build your cardio base.
We offer great music combined with fun instructors to keep you motivated, help you reach your goals and keep you on pace to achieve the body you want.
