Power Circuit is a strength training class that is non impact and incorporates kettlebells & dumbbells to target specific muscle groups. We combine HIIT, Circuit Training, and functional movements by incorporating plyometrics and timing into our workouts.
HIIT & High Rep is 20 minutes of HIIT cardio on the bike to target your fat burning zone. 25 minutes of high repetition strength training to build and sculpt every muscle group. This class will take you to the next level of athleticism, all while having fun doing it!!
