Power Circuit is a strength training class that is non impact and incorporates kettlebells & dumbbells to target specific muscle groups. We combine HIIT, Circuit Training, and functional movements by incorporating plyo and timing into our workouts.
In this 30-45 minute session you will feel the blood flow pumping and within weeks begin to feel results with consist diet and routine.
The targeted goal with Power Circuit is to increase your metabolism & strength by working all of your major muscle groups. This is done by performing squats, curls, presses and lifts. Each person can work with their own level of weights & increase as they go along if they are looking to build up for a challenge.
