What is Tabata Bootcamp?
Tabata Bootcamp is a revolutionary approach to working out with REAL results. Izumi Tabata and 5 other researchers in Japan worked with athletes to improve their performance back in 1996. Through their intense research, they were able to show that shorter intervals with greater levels of intensity proved to be effective in weight loss, improved performance, endurance and strength. This led to the Tabata Bootcamp’s motto which is “quality, not quantity”.
The program offers effective workouts that MAXIMIZE your results in minimal time. Tabata Bootcamp workouts are short in duration (only 35-40 minutes!) and designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories long after the exercise is over.
