Strength, Power, Aesthetics

This is a full body class that utilizes barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight and other modalities to produce real world strength. Increase power and train functional movements that can be applied in all facets of life. Expect to get sweaty and strong! 

Cycle XPRESS

Short on time?  This is the class for you.  In this challenging 45 minute class we will incorporate hills, intervals and sprints in order to get your heart rate up before you head back to work.  

TRX

What is TRX? TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX is a simplified training process that involves suspension and 7 basic movements. You will use your body weight and gravity as resistance for balance, strength building, and flexibility. This form of exercise is not only innovative but its simplicity makes it ideal for all fitness levels.

HIIT Circuit

HIIT Circuit is a full-body workout. Incorporating body weight exercises, dumbbells and plyometrics to specified timing intervals.  It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cycle and Core

Increase your cardiovascular endurance while torching calories on the bike.  This is followed by a strength session focused on building core strength.

REVital-Ride

REVital-Ride - Discover the ultimate fusion of cardiovascular endurance, muscle empowerment, and tranquility in our "REVital-Ride" class. This 60-minute session is divided into three parts, each lasting around 20 minutes, ensuring a harmonious balance of Cycle, Strength Training and Yoga. This is the perfect class for individuals seeking a comprehensive and well-rounded fitness experience.

German Body Comp (GBC)

Combine weight training exercises with short rest intervals to burn fat while simultaneously building muscle. This style of training is great for fat loss because the program consists of upper/lower supersets done with minimal rest. This makes your progress rich when time is poor.

Cycle and Strength

55 minute class combining approximately 1/2 the class on the bike and 1/2 the class using weights for a strength circuit.  Great combo for cardio fitness and muscle strength.

Strength Training

Let’s bust through plateaus and make some gains!

Strength Training is a structured program using weights that emphasizes quality of movement, correcting muscle imbalances and improving overall strength and performance. You will learn new movement progressions designed to help you build strength safely, and be able to apply them in a workout designed to enhance aerobic capacity.

Power Circuit

In this class, we will use body weight, TRX and dumbbells to work every part of the body. We use interval timing to incorporate cardio into every workout.

Power Flow

A challenging, flowing fast-paced Yoga class focused on building strength and endurance. Power Flow is a strong moving flow that cultivates balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease.

Lift

Lift is strength training that combines compound lifts with functional accessory movements to promote powerful, functional strength within the body. Not only do these classes build overall strength, but they are also designed to build lean muscle that will rev the metabolism all day. You will be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting as you learn to move and lift with proper form.

Athletic Flexibility

Increase flexibility, develop joint stability, and build determination with this mindful flow that links movement to unhurried breath, intensified by holding postures to awaken the body and clear the mind. Explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace, allowing your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. Expect deep hip, back, and leg stretches with longer holds to gain strength and increase mobility. The goal is to increase flexibility and ROM, increase joint stability, increase oxygen efficiency, decrease risk of injury, and keep you active longer!
