Morgan Daugherty - Owner/Trainer

My name is Morgan, and I, along with my husband Jake, are the new owners of True Form Gym. With all the exciting things happening here, the vision remains the same, to help the people of Tomball and the surrounding areas achieve their fitness and health goals in a way that is fun, safe, and sustainable. I am so lucky to have an incredible group of trainers along with me on this journey, and we are ready to roll.

I am so grateful for this community and how they have rallied around me and supported me through this transition. True Form is an incredible place, and I KNOW the reason for that is because of all of you. We all grow together. LET’S GO!

Leslie Owens - Trainer

I took my first group fitness class as a young mom and instantly fell in love and knew it was something that I needed to do. My passion turned into a career and I’ve now been in the industry for over 25 years. I have had the privilege of helping others achieve their goals as a personal trainer, and group fitness instructor in various cardio, strength, barbell, boot camp, and cycling classes. My hope and goal is to not only help you to achieve your goals but to also spark a passion and love for fitness that keeps you coming back for more and more.

MacKenzie Haley - Trainer

Mackenzie was a competitive athlete during her youth and has always enjoyed pushing herself to do her best. She fell in love with group exercise after leaving the corporate world while searching for community and a way to be physically active. Coach Mack hopes to inspire and motivate her participants to grow. “Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits.”

Susan Loggins - Trainer

I have always enjoyed fitness, sports and healthy nutrition. I currently play tennis 2-3 times a week and have been training and coaching at True Form for almost 4 years and I really love it. I have had such positive changes in my own body and would love to help others see the benefits of strength and HIIT training.
I want to share my passion for healthy lifestyle with other people and help them achieve their goals.

Mandy Thompson - Trainer

Fitness has always been a part of my life. Though it hasn’t always looked the same. When I was young I played volleyball, ran track and a barrel racer. My husband and I raised a family of 4 kids and started a business. My workouts consisted of running, weight training, boot camps and crossfit. Life is always changing and has challenges. I can’t tell you how many times I started this journey over and over. All of our seasons are different but we have to remember it’s worth it, you’re worth it. You can do hard things!!! I have been a member at True Form Gym for 5 years. The first few years I attended classes and fell in love with the sense of community. I got my certification in 2020 and started training. In my TRX class you will find motivation and encouragement to meet your goals. I can’t wait to meet you.

Jose Espinoza - Trainer

Jose is a Houston, TX native with over 20 years of experience, who holds multiple certifications from top level programs in fitness and nutrition. He is also a full time instructor with Nutrition Coaching Institute’s education team. Jose served in the United States Army and spent 15+ years serving his community as a Deputy Sheriff. He has dedicated the past 20 years pursuing his passion in the fitness and nutrition world. Jose previously owned and operated a CrossFit gym for 12 of those years.
